Really good Chicago Style Pizza Pie with real mozzarella and nice chunks of tomato in the sauce. Ordered the Capone and loved every bite. My wife said the best Caprisi salad she has had also.

We tried Trilogy Pizza for the first time tonight with a couple friends. This was also the first Chicago Deep Dish pizza we've ever had. We tried a large four meat pizza and the garlic knots. So delicious!! We loved all of it. The place was relatively quiet, even on a Saturday night. They had maybe 8-10 specialty pizzas, build your own, kids options, and a fountain to serve yourself. We will definitely be back!Vegetarian options: Plenty of speciality pizzas with no meat and build your own options.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu with 6" personal pizzas, cheese or pepperoni only. Tables or booths for families.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramp going up to the sidewalk

Was traveling for a soccer tournament and googled "best deep dish in San Antonio". This place DID NOT DISAPPOINT! One of the best Chicago style pizzas I've had outside of the windy city! Had NY and Cali style pizzas too, and they were all fantastic. Will make this a regular stop any time we are passing through town.

New York style pizza crust was like cheap frozen pizza. Overall pizza was plain/dull. Definitely not Like New York pizza. 5 people, $93.00. There are better pizzerias in San Antonio.

NOT CHICAGO DEEP DISH!This was a highly anticipated visit based on other reviews. Apparently, the other reviewers have never had Chicago Deep Dish Pozza!! A 3/8" thick pizza with a 1½" turned up edge. NOT deep dish by any imagination! We ordered the "capone. " ...sauce was fresh and tasty, but the crust was lacking like a plain dry breadstick. Overall, it wasn't bad, but don't expect more than that. Med pizza, 2 salads, 2 beers, and 1 glass of wine, $55.00

I came to Triology pizza bistro for thr 1st time on 11.30.23 for a birthday dinner. I ordered the Texan pizza and it was good. I also got the side ceaser salad and it was also very good.Atmosphere was great, they have tv to view games. Unfortunately when we went the cowboys were playing but on prime so we were watching the game in our cellphones as we ate lol.Definitely recommend
