I came from out of town and took a chance based on the reviews on Uber Eats, This place was better than I could have expected and got two thumbs up from my dad who knows great pizza. It reminds me of the pizza from New York which is usually difficult to recreate.

Walked in the business and the owner was very welcoming. The pizza was spot on, liked the oven that he had. And he was very courteous the whole time and the place was modern and super clean. Highly recommend.

I've been coming here since they opened, I've also been ordering the same pizza for about a year. Tonight i ordered the gluten free pizza with bacon, same as usual. Ordered online, picked it up. Got in the car and had a bad feeling so i checked my order. Took one bite out of a silce of pizza and it was disgusting!!!! Went back inside to let them know this was not gluten free and it was also super doughy. The nice young guy behind the counter said "im so sorry let me make another" looked for the dough and looked back at me and said "oh you know what we haven't had gluten free all day" i said no problem i would like a refund. The women ringing the couple up looked over and said "no this is gluten free i make the dough, i can not refund you" I asked the young man for my pizza back and left. The older women was very rude and as long as she is working I will not be coming back!!I got home and put my pizza in the oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. It was not burnt or anything. It was no longer doughy either. Maybe if the women had listened when I was it needed to go back in the oven longer, this wouldn't have been a issue.My main concern is was there gluten free dough today or not?? Were just not wanting to give me my money back?? Either way I will be taking my business else where.Dietary restrictions: gluten free

Please order through their website. Do not use door dash to order pick-up. You and the restaurant will save money if you order directly from the urban bricks website. Door dash will charge you a 30% fee for ordering pick up. Anyways great pizza and great employees.

I visited Urban Bricks for lunch today for the first time and I was impressed at every turn. The restaurant is very clean and the service was amazing. The person who took our order was so friendly and welcoming and smiled the whole time. The food came out quickly and was delicious! Evenly topped and so fresh. Highly recommend.

Put in my order for pick-up and it said it would be ready in 20 min. Didn't mind too much as that seemed a standard wait time. I got the and there was only one employee I see, she greets me and ask how can see help me. It had been 30 min and was ready to pick up my pie. She asked for the name which I gave her. Then she proceeds to tell me. I just put it in 2 minutes ago.I thenreplied with the Dang,It's been 30 minutes, I hope it's not long. Her reply was calmed down, it doesn't take long. Maybe she was overworked. Maybe it was just my reply. But I certainly do not like interactions like that when I order food from anyone. It will be my last visit to this location. The pizza was a little pricey for me. I could get 2 pizzas at Little Caesars for one large pizza 2 toppings. That being said the pizza is the best thing about this place. It was a good sauce, it had tasty toppings. I would try an urban bricks pizza again.
