Hailey assisted my family and I as we are new to the area and have never tried chicken Express before. She has excellent customer service skills and instead of rushing you to complete your order she was very patient. She recommended the spicy chicken strips and the food was fresh even at closing time. Everything was seasoned to perfection.

I've changed my rating to a two-star initially 7 years ago. I gave it 5 stars but they have removed the soda fountains and so now the folks taking your order have to get your drinks which slows the line down tremendously. In order to better serve your customers, you need to put the soda fountain back out in the lobby.

I ordered 30 PC chicken strip and a 20 PC chicken strip. Paid over 120 dollars. I had someone pick up for me, for a Jr graduation party. The strips were very small. Approx. 3 inches in length and 1.5 inches in width. I was very disappointed.
The Manager Paula was super nice and the food was very good and the atmosphere and service was top-tier. I really enjoy great service. I would recommend this place to anyone especially since I live an hour away. Definitely would stop here anytime.!!
