I went in with my son and we were able to get seated. Once we were seated the waitress never come to take our order. I thought we would have been offered at least something to drink while we waited for our order for food to be taken. After more than 10 minutes of waiting we left. As we were leaving to the side of the register, our waitress and two other employees were visiting with one another instead of taking care of customers. I waved to the waitress as we left and she just waved and watched us leave. Keep in mind I am sure this waitress expects people to tip her based on service provided. It is pretty sad when you expect tips but you can't walk over and get drinks for your customers. Nor, did she ask for our order after all the time we waited. As long as we were seated she could have done it all. To see the employees relaxing and chatting it up in that little corner close to the register while customers are waiting? That is what you think of customers? I would not recommend this location to anyone. Over priced food, and horrible service. They only want your money, and provide zero service.

The waitress was nice....but we can hear the lady in the kitchen trash talking the people behind us(this customer wanted 10 eggs n we could hear her going on and on about how that's a LOT of eggs.....) Then my waitress tried to correct the kitchen by asking for my pico on the side for my nachos....they still served me pico ON my nachos with cheese on top of it & a side of pico. They forgot the jalapeños on my husbands burger & when the people seated behind us got their food, they sent a bunch of theirs back to be corrected....
During our dinning experience, we could hear the kitchen the WHOLE time.....a woman (the one who went on about the eggs) we could hear talking about how it's 359 and finally someone showed up to their shift) When I told our waitress about the commotion, she said this kitchen person was someone she didnt know/recognize....so I'm assuming new or from another store.....
When the manager at the front went to cash us out n asked about our experience, I stated the truth....n told her everything. I even told her I'm not telling you this because i want anything or because I'm trying to be rude....I've worked in food the majority of my life...but we paid like $60-$70 and got to sit in a very bad atmosphere where all you could hear were the kitchen employees.....(drinks, apps, food)We won't be back......this was y'alls 3rd & last chance. We're done.

The food was good but our waitress tried her best but she wasn’t ready to be on her own. She didn’t know her to make the ice coffees so it took along time to get our drinks out to us. She was suppose to have every table there but some other employees took the rest of the tables. She forgot our appetizer. . People came in after us and was eating there food before us. She tried her best but just wasn’t ready to be on her own. We did get the appetizers but it took a while since she didn’t put it in.

Denny's in Livingston, well its a brand new restaurant and definitely looks it! It was really clean on the inside and looks like they do a good job in keeping it clean. Restrooms were also clean and well stocked a big plus. The food was awesome like it always is I had French toast scrambled eggs and sausage. The service was good but could of been a little better. They were a couple of times that we were skipped by but they were busy to. That is my reason for reviewing 4 stars.
My grandkids and I came to eat here Saturday on our way back home and the staff was just amazing! They were so nice so attentive to our every need and my kids just loved it! We never felt like we were in the way or to needy. The food was great!!! The best Denny's that I've ever been to thank y'all so much

Houston Roof Cleaning
My wife and I went to Denny’s for breakfast this morning. It is Thanksgiving morning, 2025. The atmosphere was amazing. They had a lot of employees there and they were all smiling and chipper and in a great mood. It made and our experience awesome. It was refreshing to see People enjoying the day, even though they had to work on Thanksgiving they were still appreciating life. Great job crew!
