AMAZING!!! If you haven't tried El Trompo yet, put it on the list! The Birria Pizza is SO delicious!! It would easily feed two... I have an entire second meal leftover ? (but I'm not complaining!) And all the smiles and hospitality, as well as the fresh authentic flavor, guarantee you'll be back for more!! Experience El Trompo for yourself, and your tummy will smile! ?

I will let you know this:This place, for most people, will be 5 stars.Did they do anything wrong? Nope.Did they take too long with the order? Nope. Was the staff unfriendly? Not even a little bit. Really nice people that explain specials, most ordered items, and everything in between. Was the taste of the food bad? No. Granted, I only ordered 20 tacos in three different flavors. I was pleasantly surprised with the taste of the diced pineapples on my one set of tacos.Did the weather affect your experience because this is a food truck? Not at all. They even have the weather aspect together. They provide nice shading while you order and wait for your food. What could warrant only giving them 4 stars?A variety of reasons. The first being that they have so many things to choose from, and I've only eaten one thing from the massive menu. When I order more, I can adjust my rating accordingly. Also, my frugal meter hates paying the prices I pay for Mexican food! That's a strictly "me" issue that has no bearing on this establishment. I feel as though Mexican food, generally speaking, should be way cheaper than priced now and days. That's because some ripoff Mexican fast food giant used to feed me 10 tacos for under $5! Once again, this place will be 5 stars for many people. I'm looking forward to trying many things they offer. They even mentioned "keto" on their menu. They seem to really have a flare for "birria," so I'm also looking forward to trying that. You can call in your order if you are in a rush. Stop by and try this place out. I'm certain you will enjoy them.

This food is amazing! The staff is made of good people. It is outside and very hot, but it's a taco truck so, exactly what you would expect. They have a nice cabana to eat at and a pool table for the kids to play around on.
