Not happy! My door dash driver brought my food, lovely lady. I sent her a message to please make sure they give me the sweet and sour sauce for my egg rolls. When picked up my order, drive thru person said that was $1 extra. She was smart enough to know it is not! I've tried calling the restaurant to reach a manager to let them know a thief is running your drive thru at 130 am. I will call corporate!

When I come to this jack n box they only have 1 or 2 people. I have a video where there are workers outside smoking and a line of over 10 cars. I pulled up to the order menu and no one said anything for 13 minutes.

Christmas eve night 10 pm and the drive through in taking a hour they are only processing 1 car at a time I have never seen anything like this i finally got out of line after sitting for a ridiculous amount of time!!! I seriously do not no what they are doing in beside trying to see how long people will sit in line 🙄 theres no way it take that long to throw food in grease and go 🤦♀️

i’ve never waited this long for food, this place is understaffed and hella disrespectful like they hate their job. go to the one down the road, much more worth your time.
Today 10/12/25 at 1:25 p.m. I want to really send a positive shout out to the cook! They really did an excellent job on every item in my order from the curly fries to the chicken and the monster tacos.. just excellence! The staff is always friendly but the food is never bad but today was great!!

I worked late stopped to get some toco asked for mild sauce the 10 pack got home got hot sauce and they were so hard like they were under the heat lamp for many hours could not eat them there was a few spots in the bottom that I bit into got a little teast that was it very disappointing I never ever had this happen when I went to taco Bell I should of went the extra 5 minutes to get food I could eat I will never eat there again
