The wait in the car line was approximately 30 minutes, which was not an issue. However, the fact that they were out of ground beef was quite perplexing. Furthermore, after forgetting an item, I chose to go inside to order rather than rejoining the line. I ordered two steak quesadillas, which unfortunately took an additional 20 minutes to prepare. While the staff were excellent and there were no complaints regarding their service, the food itself was disappointing. The steak in the quesadillas was nearly cold, and the cheese was not melted. The crispy chicken wrap was also unsatisfactory, which was a shame. I am generally not one to leave negative reviews, but after spending $40, the experience was frustrating.
