Shakkia, my daughter is always friendly, not just when I go in but people in stores tell me how nice and friendly she is. There's one lady don't know idmf she's a manager or not but not very friendly and always have a frown!

Went through the drive through and the first young girl I talked with was rude. As I was placing my order she said " What you talking about". Got out of line and put in an order online and when I went back through the next young girl was very sweet and friendly. I understand why they aren't very busy. Won't be going back.

The manager was not welcoming of customers. Staff was working hard but the manager should not be dealing with the public. She has a nice nasty attitude towards customers and doesn't want to give out condiments. I didn't understand why all the other restaurants were full to capacity but no one was at this Wendy's. Now I know. That was my first and last time coming to this location!
Foods fine, but service has gotten excessively slow. Order ahead through the app and end up waiting 15 minutes in a group of 6 other cars waiting in the parking lot for drive through orders. Absolutely wild
