This was the best visit ever! Kay was such a pleasant person. She came out with a smile, said hello and gave us our drinks. Gave her my payment and she said I'll be right back. She came back with our food and asked if we needed any condiments. We asked for spicy ketchup and she went and grabbed it right away. And all with a smile and thanked us for coming. You need more employees like her. Thank you Kay!!!
The entire staff was on it and so very friendly. Teryn took our order, and was very friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. We were greeted with smiles and sincerity when we walked in, which was a welcome happiness! Vincent interacted with us, checking on our table, making sure we were taken care of our entire visit. Made extra effort to interact with our 4 year old, who absolutely loved his experience.
It's really tough to get good service at this location. Check your order as they normally miss simple things. Drink with no straw, frys with no ketchup, hamburger with no cheese, and no napkins.
