I stopped here for lunch one day a few weeks ago and ordered the nachos. It was a pretty typical looking country diner. The nachos were pretty good and filling. I wish I would’ve paid attention to the price of the add-ons though, because it went from $12 to $17! I added jalapeños, avocado, lettuce and tomatoes, so pay attention to that. They didn’t have to-go cups so I wasn’t able to order a drink to go, but overall, it was a good experience.

We were there on a Sunday morning and the breakfast buffet was amazing! The people were so friendly (of course this is Texas) and attentive. They had a nice, large selection for breakfast including but not limited to: fresh fruit, fluffy biscuits with light sausage in the gravy, eggs, pancakes to order (huge, fluffy and delicious), breakfast potatoes, and the small pieces of fried catfish were DELICIOUS!! The sweet tea was perfect as was my husband’s coffee and orange juice. I highly recommend this place and we will definitely be eating here again!

About a year ago I ended up having to be place in the Llano nursing home. Nursing home food is not all that great. So we started looking for places that would deliver food. And were mostly on limited income. Using a service like door dash nearly doubles the cost. Also these services are very limited in a small town like Llano. So one night on a Friday we called Chaps 29 if they would deliver several plated to the nursing home. They said yes. Since that day we have continued to order from them for only a $5.00 delivery fee they deliver to us. Thank God for Chaps 29 and there wonderful work staff. My last order was a stuffed baked potato with BBQ meat. I was fantastic just like all of their other food. So if you're from.Llano or happen to visit Llano I highly recommend you visit Chaps 29.
