love this true iconic famous BBQ place. Everything jucy and melts on your mouth and tastes home made BBQ pit flavored. seasoned just right. I Highly Highly recommend Coopers Old Time BBQ. im.a true Texas BBQ enthusiasts who's families been here since 1820s and fought and died alongside the men in the Alamo and Goliad and San Jacinto to keep us a free republic state . I make it a habit to stop at Coopers whenever I travel through Llano, so I have eaten here a lot over the years (first time was 2005). To me the food has gotten over priced for what you get. Normally the food is on point, and just about the best BBQ you will ever eat. The meat has always been juicy, flavorful, and entices you to return at the next chance.
