Awesome Chinese food place. The service is excellent, everyone is always very sweet to me there. I love their cashew chicken and crab rangoons! They have extremely fast service, you barely ever wait more than 15 minutes. From a person who's worked in restaurants, I appreciate their speed and consistency, in making super yummy, fresh, and flavorful food. So happy you're in Llano!

Don't order anything seafood!!! I tried the Seafood Delight.... not a fan!!! My husband had the Triple Delight and it was just as bad!!! All the way to the bad sweet anf sour sauce!!Worst Chinese food I've ever tried to eat!!!!!

I am always delighted to find great Asian food in small towns. China Wok is one of these places. It is a little different than a Big City Oriental Restaurant, so be prepared when you walk in. You have to walk up to the order counter, pick up a menu and step back to decide what you want to order. The staff was patient with me as I figured this out. You place your order, pay for your food and drink, then you get a disposable plate, cup and dinner ware and/or chopsticks and choose a seat at one of the plentiful tables. Then your hot, prepared food is delivered to your table in stout takeout containers. Then you proceed to serve up what you want, enjoy the delectable delights and what is left over is already in takeout containers. The bulk of the business is call-in and carry out orders, but they accommodate walk-up and dine-in guests graciously, but don't expect a Maitre d' to greet you and have a waitperson at your beck and call. But if you are used to self service and a laid back atmosphere, the food alone warrants a visit, dine-in or carry-out.
Now, on to the food my wife and I dined on Egg Drop Soup, Wonton Soup, Egg Rolls, Vegetable Delight and Fried Rice. That was plenty for us both with some leftovers to take home. The food was excellent and if I make it through Llano, TX again, I will definitely dine there again! The staff was gracious for our patronage and quickly oriented me on their different style of service, which I quickly adapted to. So for their quirkiness mixed with their patience, graciousness and excellent food with quick service, they earned my 5 star rating.
Vegetarian options: Vegetarian Delight was excellent.
Parking: There was plenty of parking with handicapped spots up front near the access ramp
Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is in a raised, old train depot with tracks behind the restaurant, therefore you have to take a switch-back ramp up to the restaurant and a ramp into the restaurant. My service dog was welcome but pets are not
