If you are here for the pork ribs, It wasn’t the best. Sort of dry and not much flavor. The pork chops were juicy and tender. With an amazing flavor. The coleslaw was good. Friendly staff, quick service.
The brisket, the beef ribs and the baked potato were spectacular. The meat had l
balanced flavor, and was tender and moisty.

Beans and sauce are excellent.
Showed up at 6:30 on a Friday and found the sausage and ribs to be very dry and salty. The brisket was good.
I enjoyed the peach cobbler

Man ive had a lot of bbq and nothing tasted worst than this place. Sorry to say but was not impressed and was overpriced, brisket was so salty couldn't eat it, and so dry even bbq sauce couldnt help it. Potato casserole was salty as well. Sausage was ight but everything else not impressed at all. First time at Coppers and last time.

Friday night is Rib-Eye night. I showed up late and had to grab a pork chop. Thick as a brick and best piece of pork I can remember. Super!

The food was good but very expensive. I've had better baroque for less. There was one guy that was really rude and cleaning up the dinning area....no concern for his patrons.

Inman's is fantastic. The turkey sausage was amazing. I can't remember but I think it was Susan who treated us like family. The chopped BBQ sandwiches were great. Next time I'm in Llano, I know where I'm going to for BBQ. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Awesome food and unique experience! My wife and I come here after Friday after Thanksgiving each year after we watch the sunrise and hike at Enchanted Rock. Everything is fantastic here. The brisket, the ribs, the turkey breast, the sausage, the pinto beans, the banana pudding…all of it. We will continue to come here as long as we’re capable of hiking!

A must stop while going through Llano!!
This place was great and very organized. One fast moving line and you're set with everything! We had brisket, chicken, steak, and sausage plus beans coleslaw and potato salad. Really good.

Drove over 70 miles to Germany there. We wanted some goat, but they no longer serve goat due to the prices going up so high. Bummer.

First time here and it was Very good, meat was cooked just right and not dry at all!
Pretty cool inside area and cool to look at the pits - everything was delicious and green beans were tasty with the onions and bacon cooked into it (that’s how I cook them at home)
Must try for sure if you haven’t !!

I have been going to this Cooper's for almost 40 years. My dad first took me as a kid and to this day it does not disappoint. The pork chop is my favorite!
