We waited about 40 minutes my food, there were lots of tables with people just waiting and waiting. One couple waited about 50 minutes and just left. I appreciate that the cashier apologized, but I recommend that the whole place closes down for a couple of weeks and the staff gets retrained. Food was decent. Good gravy.

My husband and I had the steak finger basket and it was so fresh and tasty. Everything was hot when served and the fries were excellent.. also a very friendly staff!

They guy working the counter was obnoxious and so loud. Couldn't get the order correct. He began telling me about the restroom being stopped up and nasty and how he was going to have to take care of it. Well needless to say I lost my appetite. The girl that came to help with another order was great... Both bathrooms were disgusting. Meat on tacos was way over cooked and about a tablespoon of meat. Good thing the bathroom talk made me not so hungry....

Guy who made my sons ice cream cone literally touched everything (counter, money, register etc) with his bare hands and then takes the cone and makes and dips it, touching all over the cone and dip with unwashed hands. Disgusting. Wash you hands or wear gloves.

The employees at Llano Dairy Queen are nice; however, the building was filthy, there were ceiling tiles missing and others were stained and bowed from what appeared to be months of water damage, and the serving trays had food residue from previous use. I’ve lived in Llano for 2 years, but I only ever went through the drive thru. I will not be returning. My dining in experience was on July 5, 2025 at 2:15.

Got our order wrong 20 whole minutes before closing and then refused to fix it / make us the food we ordered and they didn’t add. We went on Monday June 23rd 2025 and faced the evening / closing shift. When i went back through and asked to have my order corrected, they said they were closed and didn’t have any food, but i saw people ordering inside as i passed by. I spent $40 on two burgers and three fries, you’d think they would assist in fixing their mistake but all i was met with was “you can come back tomorrow.” just plain laziness. Small town establishments need to be more attentive than this!!! Thank goodness for the awesome Sonic across the street, they actually fed us AND were nice about it.

Horrible experience. Worst Dairy Queen we've ever been to. Staff was downright rude. I highly recommend staying away from this place!

We did go back because they forgot our vanilla cone. They were just as rude.

Absolutely horrible workers. Rude, impatient, and dirty. Not a single smile!! We went for ICE CREAM and were so excited... completely let down going inside. Highly do NOT recommend going into this one!!!!! Two thumbs down.

Went through the drive thru I haven’t eaten there in a while cause it seemed like every time I would get food from there it was wrong or not complete like missing fries etc we we ordered my wife picked up everything got home and of course my jalitos were missing I call to ask if I can just get them refunded to my card and they tell me no they don’t know how to do a refund to a card not sure what has happened to this place but back when Jennifer was the manager there was never any issues with eating here
