The employees at Llano Dairy Queen are nice; however, the building was filthy, there were ceiling tiles missing and others were stained and bowed from what appeared to be months of water damage, and the serving trays had food residue from previous use. I’ve lived in Llano for 2 years, but I only ever went through the drive thru. I will not be returning. My dining in experience was on July 5, 2025 at 2:15.

Went through the drive-thru for ice cream. Was asked to hold and it was nearly ten minutes before they came back. Ordered two medium chocolate dipped cones and a mini chocolate chip cookie dough blizzard. The blizzard flipped well and was acceptable. The dipped cones were horrific. Deformed, chocolate lacking, and melting as soon as they handed it to us. I definitely do not recommend the Llano DQ.

The ONLY PERSON HERE workers told us to hold on waiting for 10 mins and ended up going to Taco Bell across the street. Come one workers y’all have one job teach them how to do it. It’s not hard to take an order while still having a conversation.

The Kingsland one better than Llano.
Well tried again in Llano tx the DQ and it is even worse than before, place was filthy food not the best, all workers in back talking when someone should have been cleaning and sweeping that filth. Wouldn't recommend at all this location.

This place is a mess, but when you dont have any good options in Llano what do you do... Super slow always, 2 visits ago ice cream machine broke, this time said it'll be 10 minutes before we could even order food (with no explanation) and not a single person in line, like WTH... The owner/mgmt need an overhaul, huge turnover in employees always some incompetent high schooler working.

There were dead crickets and flies on the floors. Everything was grimy and there wasn't one clean table. We were so disgusted that we left. Call the health department because this place is filthy.

I like the tacos but sometimes I get the #1 burger combo. They have good fries and the hamburger is just how I like them. Nice fast meal and cost is still reasonable as most other fast food cost the same as a restaurant meal.

Okay I'm usually not one to complain or post anything negative. But, when I went to place my order I was told no ice cream THEN I asked for extra gravy for my order, THEN when I received my order and drove off, I realized they didn't give me my drink, which I remembered as I drove off and went back and got my drink. I live all the way across town, so I was glad I remembered about my drink before I got home. THEN I get home open my order and NO extra gravy. Just so frustrating since I was only car there, only customer there! I will not be returning. I'd hate to see what would happen if they were actually busy.
