The food is OK. Turkey sausage is dry and chewy. Brisket can't bite through and has a strong smoke flavor but minimal seasoning. The restaurant is nicely decorated and dimly lit and very clean.
I am picky when it comes to BBQ and I know everyone had their own opinion. The brisket was good. Had a nice smoke ring. It was not as tender as I liked. The BBQ sauce was not like anything I had tasted. It overall taste was tomato and vinegar. The bread is amazing! Wow. The potato salad was great. I like mayo mustard picnic style chunky potato salad.
Alright here we go: First off, I was considering Cooper's BBQ place in Llano, but decided on Inman's BBQ instead, and by golly I'm glad I did. No disrepect intended for Cooper's, just glad I chose Inman's. Inman's BBQ turned out to be one of the best BBQ places I have eaten at. The brisket literally melts in your mouth, very delicious. Their signature turkey sausage is so, so good. Delicious! Pork tenderloin was amazing and the pork ribs my wife had...
