So this place is awesome and are exceptional at customer service. They were slammed because of track meets and an event that was happening....our order took a while but we were not in any hurry, they gave us a drink and some wings with our order because of the long wait time. We hadn't even mentioned it at all, they just did it. Taking care of customers with small gestures is what creates repeat business. Thank y'all so much ❤ be blessed

I'm only giving 2 stars solely on the new call system, it may be a plus for the instore employees who do not have time to answer the phone because they are busy but the call center needs improvement.

I really really like Pizza Hut very nice staff and very lovely food.
Our server was extremely unfriendly. The ultimate cheese lovers pizza was very tasty. Approximately 2 hrs later my husband has sever indigestion and I am very nauseated . Should we go through Llano again we will not be dining there.

Of late every time I eat at Llano Pizza Hut, they are always “OUT” of Something... out of Ham Out of sandwiches, out of French fries, out of cookies.... This seems like poor management to me, to always be out of “SOMETHING”

Left worst place ever, 2 people working, nobody knew what they had to drink, waitress was rude,slammed down high chair ,we left went elsewhere.
