Ridiculous got two people working in the store they insist you use the kiosk to order and then you wait there for 30 minutes before just giving up on your food and then you ask him and they haven't even started making it because nothing showed up Taco Bell's losing a lot of money not taking cash from customers and insisting on the kiosk

Drive thru is decent. DO NOT go in to eat. They will literally ignore you and pretend that you don't exist.
If I could give zero stars, I would because of the rude service. We left because of it and did not order, so cannot rate food.

$12 per person Cover Charge. Great dance floor. Sadly, there are mostly bar stools to sit on; which is hard the older folks.
Men are now allowed to wear baseball caps, no cowboy hat, shirts untucked, shorts and sneakers.
Bar service is quick and efficient, food is now being served inside and bathrooms are clean
The worst service ever..never answer you at the counter..not that busy only 1 customer..and yet here im at the counter for 30min..with no help....yea taco bell has tottaly gone down hill..
Love the original crispy Taco. Love the Fire sauce package too! They also have just about the most logical self-serve kiosks of any fast food chain. Mcdonald's has the worst. So good on you. Taco Bell

I would give them 0 stars if that was an option. Worst service i have ever had. Multiple orders wrong. No meat or sour cream in their crunchwrap supreme or their taco supreme. No beans in the bean burritos with beef added to them. Also no sauce or oniona in the bean burritos. We just paid $32.00 for a meal for 2 which was suppose fto cost 13$. Will not ever order again. Not a single item in the bag was done correctly and when i call the store the manager says he can't hear me. We live miles out of town so will have to make an extra trip to town just to try and make a complaint.

The food was very fresh and hot, service was fast, and the staff were very friendly got my food quickly, would recommend 5/5

Idk if they are always this on point...But dam yall that was a great taco bell visit with yall. Picky big order and yall nailed it. Fresh and hot and friendly.
Today on April 16, around noon, my very hard working sister went and got herself a chicken quesadilla as a quick easy lunch. About 30 minutes after enjoying her food, she began to feel very ill. It is now 4 in the afternoon on April 16th, and she is extremely ILL. She has a high fever, stuck on the toilet, even having trouble breathing. Red as a pepper. Tears running down her face because sheâs in so much pain. I called this facility to let them know about the situation, and was not treated very respectfully. The manager âAngelâ picked up the phone. I told her very kindly the situation. I was told, âOkay. Thanks for letting us know, goodbyeâ
Not a single ounce of care. No âIâm sorry I will make this rightâ nothing. No remorse on her end for clearly not handling poultry properly in the establishment that she manages. I will be reaching out to corporate. We have put past us many things that have happened at this specific Taco Bell, but this is the final straw. We will NEVER be eating at this Taco Bell or probably any for that matter ever again. Thanks for taking the time to read this review. It was one thing that she received contaminated food. But the way I was treated upon calling to resolve this issue is another. The staff better get it together because I donât see this destination making it in the future due. Especially being in a small town.
Angel could have at least offered a refund.
My sister is now out for the time she will be sick from this, as well as her hard earned money spent on the contaminated food.
Stopped at your establishment last week and had a very nasty encounter with a new employee..Amy I think is her name..she was rude and very disrespectful..you may need to brush up on drug screening.
I will no longer visit your establishment nor will I recommend it
I stopped by and ordered from the screen in the lobby. I opted to pay cash. I waited for 20 minutes for my food. I waited at the counter. While other customers got their food and left and many in the drive-through got their food and left. I finally asked a worker to check on my order. She did and told me that they donât put the order in line to be made until it is paid for. But there was no one to take my money at the counter where I waited forever! Everyone just ignored me standing there. I left very angry. I will never go back. Donât waste your time either.
