At the world fair this past weekend, I had the highest honor of meeting the barbecue legend 3rd generation pit master Kent Black, who was as nice as pie, and such a kind soul! We visited at an off hour, so the place was empty. The staff were very happy to see us, and greeted us with big smiles. The food was fresh and delicious. We highly recommend the cream corn and the potato salad sides. The beef ribs and chicken were spot on.
