This is a really good barbecue place. I highly recommend it. I just found it strange that they charge $.35 per jalapeño. It’s the most abundant thing on the planet outside of that. It was a great place. Plenty of seating. Music was awesome atmosphere was awesome. Thank you.
Incredible Texas BBQ and absolutely worth the stop. The brisket was tender and smoky with a great bark, and the sausage had tons of flavor. Ribs were fall-apart good without being mushy, and the sides (especially the mac and cheese and beans) were solid.
Even with a line, it moved quickly and the staff kept everything organized. The place was clean, the portions were generous, and the overall experience felt very “classic Lockhart BBQ.”
