I stopped into this location the other night and although their menu prices seemed higher than other Chicken Express locations I have visited, I went ahead and ordered the two piece with roll. I asked for both pieces to be breasts, especially since it was almost $8 for two just pieces of chicken. The young lady working the window was nice enough and seemed to be the only one working because the other workers were just standing around talking. I got my order and pulled into a parking lot nearby to eat my dinner. One of the pieces of chicken was decent enough and still hot, but the other piece was cold and very dry and super tough to chew! I can't believe they would serve chicken that has been sitting around for obviously quite awhile unless they were down to those two pieces and simply didn't care what they were giving to customers. I literally had to spit it out! I guess I should have read the other reviews before eating at this location. I feel ripped off, so I definitely won't be going to this location in the future!

Hope that the Corporate Office gets this. Who owns this business? No one there will give me that information. I’d stay away from here. The employees don’t care thus they don’t care about their jobs or if this business succeeds. I could go on and on. Just definitely wish the company owner or whoever was available so that they would know what was going on with their business.

I went around 7 pm to eat dinner.the young man over cooks the chicken and doesn't know how to cook mozzarella cheese stick.they were burnt and the fries, biscuit also .he had so much chicken that he cooked .the chicken wasn't fresh I guess cause he cooked that chicken earlier..he needs more training . disappointed on the food quality.
