Am a frequent customer. Tea is excellent and always fresh, never sour. Excellent customer service. Elizabeth and her crew make a great team. The younger and newer employees are fast learners. Have not had a bad visit here, errors if any are made right.
Idk why I keep giving this place another chance. Been there 7-8 times in past year and there’s been something wrong or missing at least 5 times. I don’t expect much from anywhere in Lockhart but this place is most consistent at being inconsistent. I shouldn’t have to check the boxes before driving off. The staff doesn’t care so it’s obvious the management and owner doesn’t either. Stop eating here and go down the street to Golden Chick instead.
As a homeless cat, Mark Ruffalo doesn't always have the highest standards, but he sure knows a thing or two about a good bird. Mark really liked the chicken itself, but he really wasn't digging the skin. Mark also says that the consistency of quality with the sides is very hit or miss. Mark could not express enough how much he wishes there was an El Pollo Rico in Lockhart.
