Fortunately what I ordered was readily available although I did specifically place the order via telephone for pickup at a specific time. Order was nowhere to be found.

I was almost assaulted by the bald African American woman and her son who works at the Lockhart location because my autistic toddler was having an episode and I ran out to my car with a cart full of groceries fully intending on going right back in as soon as I got her secured In the car and my husband made it back to the car to watch her. This woman stares at me and follows me around every time I go into the store and I have also seen her out in the community many times to where she gives off the same hostile vibe. The young African American man came within 2 inches of my face like he was going to hit me after I came back inside to pay for the food after they berated me and humiliated me in the parking lot and store. It’s really sad how uneducated your employees are to people with disabilities.

We had such an amazingly special time during our visit to the Lockhart Texas HEB Bakery. We tried to set up a visit with numerous other bakeries with no avail. No one else would permit this little American Heritage Girl to visit and earn her Cake Decorating badge. The Management team & especially Philip made our day. It was especially touching that they were equally excited ?. Natalie in the bakery made Annastasia's day by gently guiding her through the HEB bakery cake decorating process.

RUINED MY CAKE!Placed a order 3 days before needed. Got it home and it looked correct...inside was completely wrong and not the cake we ordered. Call the same day and was told they would make a new one...2 days later we are being told they can't do it and they are going to refund...this was a birthday cake...you can't do this...WORST EXPIRENCE EVER...WILL BE USING BASTROP BAKERY FROM NOW ON!

The store has improved dramatically with the remodel, they now have a much nicer selection of the freshly prepared, take home meals the other stores have had. Plus there is now sushi, a rarity in town

This store can recognize and support people with disabilities. I was in the store today with my 4.5 pound service dog. She is a Certified Service Dog and provides alerts when my blood glucose level goes to high or to low. She has to be in close proximity to my chest and face to smell if any changes have occurred with my breathe. She has been in this store before and they have always treated us respectfully. Today I walked thru the store put my items in the cart. my dog was in

The Remodeling is a little inconvenient right now, But soon it'll all be worth it. The curbside looks interesting, Like the Friendly staff who always help me with carry out as i have to use a scooter to do my shopping.
