So Baby & I strolled over to Lockhart for an evening of Cocktails & Dinner at two really cool places. The Pearl Bar, with the preeminent Bar Craftsman, Ruben Brooks and the next door Little Trouble Speakeasy restaraunt, we looked forward to a great, full evening. Both places exceeded expectations.
Baby had the Salmon entree & I had the Steak & Salad entree. Bacon wrapped shrimp appetizer & a nice bottle of Malbec completed our meal experience.

Food was good. Ambiance as well. Service was slow but adequate as our group of 9 was celebrating a birthday and were in no hurry.
The problem was the server wouldn’t split the checks as we requested because, as he put it..we don’t split checks for more than 8 people.
