Fantastic spot to stop for breakfast. Their tacos are a good size and always fresh and hot! Bean and cheese are great, eggs are perfect, sausage is delicious. Their salsa is solid, even the pancakes are really, really good. Never disappointed when I stop here after a long night at work.

We stopped at the gas station where Mario's Tacos is located. We spend $36 for a family of 4. The tacos and miga plate were well seasoned and each taco had plenty of meat, peppers, onions and cilantro. Great value!

Our favorite taco shop! Our cousins from Dallas will make a detour to Mario's tacos anytime they're near central tx. Try the creamy avocado salsa.

Mario started out as a food truck and went on to have a really nice brick and mortar restaurant. Their tacos are about the best around in my opinion. Definitely worth a try if you come to Lockhart. Bar-b-que isn't all we have here.
