The service leaves a lot to be desired, they are not too rude or arrogant, and they are very dirty to work with... I placed my order at 8:24 pm today and I didn't receive it until 9:40 pm because they were putting other pizzas in front of people they knew, people were cooking with their hands holding their phones and without properly covering their hair...

Last two times we came to dine in we sat waiting for someone to come take our order for atleast 15 minutes. We just walked out both times. The last time we heard them say “are they going to order something?” If I needed to go grab my own menu and drinks with ice I would have just applied to work there. No longer coming here.

Izzy was absolutely awesome! This man is a true master of customer service and he should be consulted on how to treat customers! A truly first class and awesome beyond any experiences I’ve had in the last ten years! He deserves a pay raise and promotion!

The manager was extremely rude. She was a female manager with brown hair and glasses, she spoke to me in a very rude manner and rushed me often. She also rolled her eyes and I heard her talking down to her employees in the back as well. Very foul behavior from someone who should he professional.

Everytime I order a pepperoni lovers pan pizza it’s always way undercooked and has 5 pepperonis total… do not go here better off going to little ceasars or San Marcos for good quality pies smh.

I called to place an order for half meat lovers and have pepperoni with mushrooms together I didn't get that instead i got half pepperoni and half mushrooms.. even though i said it 3 times ..the bigger lady at the front was just looking down the entire time has no customer service at all & was rude & I always come to this place for occasions instead of bastrop! I just might have to reconsider ! This was disappointing
Absolutely ridiculous ordered delivery of course local number goes to call center. Received text saying pizza was delivered it wasn't called back they said give it a few more minutes over 30 minutes later no pizza. I am really upset now rightfully so, was hung up on multiple times because I wanted refund Was told five-seven business days. My transaction was still pending.I told them they had no problem taking the money out immediately.I should be able to get a reversal on it as well.Not 5 -7 business days. Yet again was hung up on call back. Call center. Wouldn't transfer me because like I said, you don't get the direct number to local Pizza Hut. Call the corporate number. It's a joke. Tried going to the website like the corporate number says. It as well as a joke can't get any help called back several times was told one time.Thank you for calling Mr. Gattis. This was so. Unprofessional. If this is how Pizza Hut lets their franchises.Or the actual Pizza Hut from corporate.Run a business shame on you. They act like people aren't supposed to be upset when I finally talk to yet another person at the actual store.After the call center transferred me.I told him I received a text that my pizza was delivered and he said no it's not your pizza still here. I then asked him well.Why didn't you guys call me and let me know my numbers on the pizza box And I got hung up on again. I have never experienced such poor customer service. And as Of now I still don't know about my refund. Then out of the blue.I get a call from DoorDash.Ask me if I want my pizza still Two hours later , I said no I want a refund. And they have nothing to do with that part. If I ever get any resolution from corporate , I will be sure to Edit my review. Stay away from lockhart Pizza hut They take no accountability and don't want to hear what they've done wrong. Honestly, one star is too good for them.

It's been a complete shit show dining in during the evening for quite some time now from the lack of attentiveness whilst taking your order to ensure nothing's going to missing once the order comes out to the choice of music blaring from the kitchen not what I call I family oriented environment at all

There are very few people that go out of their way to leave a good review. There was an issue with my online order and available inventory. There was a substitution made, but it wasn't enough. The employees suggested another item in addition and I was much more satisfied with that. Things happen outside of their control, but it's good when the staff can make things right. Thank you again.
