Great pizza. But couldn't do pan pizza with the cheese filled crust. I ve had it before some where. Was really good anyways tho.

Stopped by from out of town for a bit. Not only was the pizza delicious but the manager recognized they made a error on our order. She quickly made the correction and offered us dessert at no cost. Kudos, you hardly see such great service now days.

Don’t go to this store they are lazy and always undercook the pizzas and give very little toppings even if I ask for extra and to be cooked longer. San Marcos Pizza Hut is way better and I’ve been going there instead despite the longer drive smh

Ordered pizza and wings for entire family. 4 pizzas and wings. Spent over 100 dollars. Wing were supposed to be BBQ, they were not. Recieved 3 of the 4 pizzas we ordered. Called pizza hut I was offered a refund. I told the lady I wanted everything I ordered. I was told it would be ready in a few minutes. So although I ordered pizza delivered, I still had to make a trip to the store. When I walked I was asked if I had a pick up order. I explained who I was, she said it would be atleast 10 more minutes. I was not offered a refund for the delivery until I asked. There was no im sorry, no we messed up let us give you some breads ticks no nothing. As I stood waiting on my pizza, very person that came in , has something wrong with their order. If I could rate pizza hut in Lockhart Texas at 0, I would.

I ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas i got 2 cheese they refused to fix it at all basically said that's what you ordered that's what you get! Really 70.oo on cheese pizzas they will never get my business again

To the owner: Your default reply is very insulting to your customers. It tells them they are so insignificant that you can not take the time to reply sincerely. You have seen multiple problems highlighted in the reviews, but nothing has seemed to change.

The food is good, I can absolutely say the pizza and bread sticks were fantastic! The soda machine was broken and no ice. So that was disappointing. The seating area, I have got to say, was filthy. The tables needed to be wiped down, really needed to vacuum, and over all the whole place needed to be cleaned. The bathroom was awful. Bathroom needs to be cleaned top to bottom. It was awful.

We have ordered from Pizza Hut several times using the app without incident. July, every Tuesday they are having a promotion on personal pan pizzas (I was not aware) which happened to be on the same day I placed my order. The pizza was taking an abnormal amount of time to be delivered. We called and no one answered. I went into the restaurant to see what was going on. That’s when I found out about the special. The restaurant was in complete chaos. One young lady was doing her best to address everyone’s concerns, but she was clearly overwhelmed. Management was nowhere to be found. After being told my order was coming right up, I find out it was sent out for delivery, while I was sitting there. The restaurant was old and dirty, the kitchen was a mess. The pizza did eventually show up about two hours after being ordered. It was cold and tasted awful. We will try it again, just not on a Tuesday.
Awful! Don’t even try to dine in because they don’t know where menus are and will put you at the bottom of the list

Typical old Pizza Hut. Bathrooms were a wreck. Filthy. Pizza was tolerable, but I asked for Light sauce and they must like sauce, or at least giving it. Far from the old Pizza Hut service in the 70s - 90s. So sad. They were one of my joys, especially in college.

Horrible! Múltiple people walked in after us and got served before we did! Serve time was so long I lost my appetite. The food wasn’t even all that great either. I would never recommend the place if it were the last pizzeria open in Texas! Was waiting so long my ice melted in my drink. If I wanted to be here so long I’d just go to an airport restaurant, and I’m sure even there the service would be better. The place was not cleaned either there’s old food on the table and they weren’t even wiped down.

We had a wonderful experience! We came here for our 9 year olds birthday with her two friends and Latanya was so welcoming to us and even sang happy birthday to our little girl! She got us a warm cookie and took great care of us. Great customer service! Thank you Latanya and Pizza Hut!
