This is the worst sandwich I've ever had. The bread was hard! Nothing was fresh!! They said they didn't have the jalapeño bread, even thou it was on the menu. Had to walk to the back to get someone to wait on us. They were just talking. If I had stayed to eat there, would have taken the sandwich back get my money and eat somewhere else.

Absolutely terrible service. The manager was incredibly rude right from the start. Our drink order was wrong, and we were charged $3 for water without being told there was a free option with a different cup, same size at that. When we politely asked for the charge to be removed and to switch to the free option, she refused claiming she couldn’t remove just one item and would have to cancel the entire order and take back all the food. Completely unreasonable and unprofessional. I’m honestly shocked by how poorly we were treated. Never going back.

Waited at counter for over 5 minutes and nobody ever stepped out of kitchen to take order. Looked through the window area into kitchen and a girl was sitting there wrapping pickles, I had to ask her if we could place our order and she rolled her eyes and got up. Rude tone and you could tell she was irritated she had to get up. When she brought our bags of food she just dropped them on the counter when our son was holding out his hand to get the order. She was also snappy when handing us our strawberry lemonades. She would probably be better off as the store janitor and not cashier!!!!

Ordered two medium original combos for myself and my wife. Friendly courteous and fast service. But our sandwiches were not that good. The bread seemed old, it was crumbly and stale tasting, and not very hot. Kinda ruined the entire sandwich even though the cold cuts were okay. Not much mustard or special sauce. Disappointed in their food quality on this day. Every place has off-days. I guess this was theirs.
