I ordered an oreo milkshake not so long ago. It tasted like the cheesecake syrup they use was expired or old. I didn’t try the shake until I got home, expecting it to be normal tasting.

Worse experience of my life I order a milkshake to be more specific oreo cheesecake, and that's the one I order every single time but this time was disappointing and discounting it taste like the milk or whatever they use to make it was expired or something never coming back there

Half the drive up stalls are busted and speakers don't work and the lady taking my order was not nice nor knowledgeable of their own menu.

Even though our order wasn’t exactly what we expected, I want to recognize Kaylee for going above and beyond. She was running around making sure everyone was taken care of, and she still made sure we were looked after. Her hard work, friendly smile, and positive attitude truly made the experience enjoyable. Ordered ahead on, and checked in to pick up my meal. a lady comes out 5 min later and told me they're not taking any orders. I told her I ordered my food before hand, and she just said to just get the refund on the app. kind of annoyed I came all this way and paid before hand. Lady was rude and unprofessional.

Sadly on this visit we were not very successful. There were several of the ordering stations out of order, the staff was struggling, and I did not have extra time to give them.
I will say they were never angry or hostile to the many attempts being made to try and take my order. I do hope to find more success here in the future.

Have ordered through the mobile app several times. Have given them so many chances. Each time my order is wrong or cold. I have to wait over 10 minutes for it to be brought out even if there are no other cars in the stalls and I’ve placed the order 15 minutes ahead of time. I’ve always liked Sonic but the one in Lockhart just has horrible service. What a shame that customer service is lacking in this establishment.
