Can't rate food or service or atmosphere. I've been here on two different occasions and have opted to go through the drive thru due to time restraint. I have sat there for a minimum of 10 minutes both times with no communication. No reply. I've driven up to the window being there was no line and was just looked at and ignored at the window. I only drove up to the window giving the benefit of the doubt that the comms were down. They weren't. I was just ignored. I do not suggest this place to anyone.

Great food. Amazing service. Notes: The screens are always a bit off(use the app for rewards and cheaper prices), For drinks easy ice is always good. Because the more ice the less actual drink.

Went to get a large drink and corn dog at 2pm. I went thru the drive thru and was asked to wait. After 5 min I said hello?! Nothing. Waited 5 more minutes after 2 customers behind me just left. After 13 min I left. Yall need to get it together. I don't mind waiting but being ignored completely is not ok. Instead of hanging outside with your friends try serving customers!!! This is the worst location ever and After several times of terrible customer service I will never go back.

For the second time now, worst sonic ever. Bad customer service and food.
Usually come for the drinks and corn dogs. For the most part, don't really have issues. Some times, the tea tastes nasty, or the soda is way too carbonated, however that's is rare. Today, we decided to get some fries and try the new pickle fries. Ordered a large fries and large pickle fries and this was what they gave us. Should have just stuck them both in small packaging and told us it was a "large". Very disappointing to say the least. Imagine a wet noodle if you will...As far as the quality/taste of the pickle fries, they were limp and pitiful to say the least. The fries seemed to have been sitting under the warmer for a bit of time. Definitely won't be ordering any "extras" again. I'll stick with the usual going forward.

What is the point of having a 4 to 5 stage filtration system if it's not going to be utilized The bottom of my cup had a good amount of sediment in it which was only apparent once my refreshment was gone and the ice had melted its disturbing to think how much was ingested and how many others have also been given sand in their soft drinks and ir drinks for their children I will no longer going to be utilizing this Sonic in Lockhart for multiple reasons especially incompetent staff with the exception of Dora hopefully ASI gets it together and gets this young GM trained she has to be at the store to do so she's always missing in action leaving others else to rectify situations it's going to take more than paint ASI Austin Sonic inc. Oh I have called your 1-800 # does nothing!! Send Sonic swat the person who reads this knows exactly what I'm talking about it's needed ASAP or just close this location not like it's frequented much anymore since Tim left as DM enough said
