I would rate this place a zero too. The sandwich I ordered smelled like mildew! It made me nauseous, couldn't eat it šwhen I took it back the manager gave me indication that she had no intention of reimbursement, they did offer to make me another sandwich but I wasn't going to order any food from there anymore! We won't be coming to this Subway location ever again! Oh and also there are a lot of flies! Imagine them being on the food up front yuk! BTW this is the Lockhart Tx location

I wish I could do a zero star review for this particular storeā¦ Everytime I order something from here itās always wrong. I get it ubbered to me and the items are either wrong or always missing something. I had to add in capital letters to not forget my stuff and how I wanted my food and they still got it wrong. It sucks to pay for something you really want but never get what you actually spent on.

When we went to order we saw numerous health code violations, like going from the register to handling food without washing hands or changing gloves.
The lady taking my order finished it, but went back to do another order, so my food was cold when it arrived. She tried to charge me for a large soda for a water cup too.
I had ordered the sub of the day but made the mistake of calling it by its number. Even when this was pointed out she would not refund the amount I had been overcharged or give me the cookies that come with it.
Then the lady went and was chatting loudly with the owner about me while I was eating my food 10 feet away. Total disrespect from top to bottom through the entire process. What an absolute joke and disgrace of an experience.

The best subway I've been to in a while! The bread was super soft, the veggies were fresh, and it was very well made. It had the perfect amount of toppings and it wasn't assembled messily. I will definitely be coming back to this Subway!!

So here's my review on the subway. So like I was saying why does a business higher individuals that don't want to work make the sandwich add items that don't belong in the sandwich and then remove them by hand put them back on the line and then talk about how they want to turn off the online orders and talk about what they want to do tomorrow instead of paying attention to the order. Then your sandwich is done they tell you to hold on until they check you out so they can finish up all the other orders your sandwich is just at the counter waiting. You tell them what you want and they're not paying attention. Also they have an attitude toward toward the client.

One of the dirtiest subways Iāve ever been to! They had flies all over the fresh deli and veggies. Looks like nothing has been cleaned in months inside! Iām surprised they donāt get fined from the city!? Not going to start with the workers because at this point who expects anything less.
