This brisket is better than Franklin BBQ, there I said it... That's a serious statement that I don't make lightly. Not only was the brisket incredible, the staff was so welcoming and friendly. This is a place everyone should experience! Special thanks to the man tending 60 briskets to stop what he was doing and invite us in to checkout what was on the smoker. Amazing experience!!
The aroma was so enticing that it did not disappoint. The sliced brisket whether order sliced or lean is melt in your mouth delicious. Perfect balance of smoke and depth of flavor. This place can stop ordering Knives because you do not need them the smoked meat are fall apart tender. The macn'cheese was the best I had ever had. It was soft creamy, salty, and tasted as good as it looked. The green beans were perfectly cooked with a little crunch left. Sweet tea bakery items...
