I’m picky about BBQ. And when I say this place is great I mean it. I’ve eaten BBQ everywhere I used to eat here all the time. Then I moved to Austin the “BBQ” capitol of Texas and I’ve tried them all. Well I recently moved back to The Longview area and I was invited to eat at Adam’s ribs by the owner. And from the first bite to the last I was in BBQ heaven. I was reminded why Adam’s Rib is Goated. Ribs, sausages, chopped beef, beans, And that perfect Banana pudding...
An out of the way spot, the barbecue was cooked to perfection. We ate inside, and the sitting arrangements were difficult to get in and out, as the benches were attached to the tables and required crawling over to sit. Very friendly staff.
