Wes was my waiter tonight, and my friend and I were not a big fan of him. He was rude with every encounter he had with us. There were 2 women across from us. As he’s walking back up he’s talking and making eye contact with them and throwing up 2 fingers to us. He stopped asked us a question and went right back talking to them. He never gave us water or asked if we wanted water the whole night. He wouldn’t give us new plastic straws or let us keep our old ones. After 20 minutes of having our first $1 cocktail which wasn’t strong at all he told us “Oh no it’s way to early for that to early to place another drink order you just placed that.” We come to Applebees EVERY week and have NEVER, EVER been told that and so rudely at that. We watched him for 20 minutes talk with an another man and lady across the bar he made I contact with me several times and still didn’t get the hint we needed him until 10 minutes later. I’m pretty sure he talked so long that our food got cold, from the appetizer to the entree. He seen that I didn’t eat my food and DID NOT question or ask anything at all. We ordered the pot of gold margarita that tasted straight like juice. He closed our tab without asking, he didn’t even give us a chance to get half way through with them to ask if we wanted to order anything else. I normally start my tips out at $10 & up but everything from the service to the food was horrible.

Got the 14.95 all you can eat perfect crispy shrimp, finger licking riblets, and just right boneless wings ( chicken chunks in Buffalo sauce and crisp friesAnd 1.00 strawberry lemonade with vodka.

I don't know why they thought it was a good idea to do the "date night pass" on online only knowing we live in a word with bots. Sold out in 30 seconds. Terrible experience and I don't plan on eating here again unless they plan to fix this.
My husband and I go here for our date nights and most of the time the waiters are friendly and check on us periodically as they are suppose to, but this last time we went our waitress came by the table maybe 3 times and would just go sit down at a table on the far end of the restaurant on her phone; She brought us our drinks and took our order then after our food was delivered to us by a different waitress to make sure we were still doing okay and then to drop off our check...we were super upset because my husband had to share my drink with me especially when we saw that we were paying almost $4 for a tea!

I would like to start off by saying have been going to apple bees for a while now and have never had any issues it has always been a great experience . Tonight was a different story though. Our waiter tonight is what made this such a bad experience.A - It took her 15 minutes to come and get our drink order.B- She walked off multiple times in the middle of taking our drink and dinner order.C - She forgot our order and came back and asked again and still came out wrong.D - After stating that the order was messed up she said she would fix it, but she never did and never checked with us until we flagged her after finishing the meal and had to wait another 10 minutes to get the rest of my order. After we left I called in and talked to the manger and all I he said is he will have a word with her.
