Amazing customer service. I ordered a large bucket of pretzels and instead of making one with all of the pretzels that were already made, they asked me to wait a few minutes while they made me a fresh batch! They asked me where I was sitting in the food court and hand delivered my bucket when it was ready. This was the best service I’ve ever had. The staff was friendly and extremely thoughtful.

This location is super clean, well organised, and everything looks fresh. The staff were friendly and quick with service, and the pretzels came out warm, soft, and perfectly made. The display was full and tidy, and you can tell they take pride in keeping the place looking good. One of the best Auntie Anne’s I’ve been to—highly recommend! 🥨

The lady at the counter felt bad about burning my pizza and without me even asking refunded me and made me a new one. I wasn't even aware it got messed up until she handed me back cash and apologized. That kind of customer service is greatly appreciated 🩷🩷🩷 fresh yummy food and sweet customer service!

Been here twice for the frozen beverages. So far I’ve tried blue raspberry and dragon fruit mango - both are delicious!

Ordered food at 6:15 bc the website said taking orders until 7:30 and when the person went to pick up (before 6:45) we were informed they were “closing and out of everything” on our order and the order was cancelled.

haven't had a pretzel from an Auntiee Anne's in years and what a disappointment the Longview one was. No pretzels mid day, only cups of bites. What was suppose to be yummy with sugar, was 5.00 cup of dense chewy tasteless dough things with hardly a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar. I hope all aren't like this now everywhere but this one in Longview is terrible
