If I could get away without even giving one star, I would. This place has the worst food. It shouldn't be called Avianos Italian Cuisine; it should be called Chef Boyardee's Italian Disaster. I am third generation Italian, and I know good Italian food. Hell, my family COOKS IT! We got salads and a pizza. You know how most caprese salads are nice, chunky slices of fresh mozzarella, with fresh basil, and juicy tomatoes? Not here. They didn't get that memo. It was tiny mozzarella balls with cherry tomatoes, no fresh basil, only dried. The salad was DRENCHED in balsamic vinegar. The bruschetta was the same. I imagined that ordering the bruschetta would feed my family of 3. When it was delivered to our table, it was one, singular piece of toast, equally drenched in balsamic vinegar. It wasn't bruschetta.. it was bruschitta. Seriously, if I wanted balsamic vinegar, I will go to the store and buy a bottle! When our pizza finally arrived, after about 20 minutes of waiting (the chef forgot to turn on the pizza oven.. like.. what?) the pizza was so crunchy I could barely eat it. It tasted bitter, and was absolutely flavorless. You know how when you go to most Italian restaurants, you leave with that nice garlic flavor in your mouth? Not here. The sauce had almost no taste. We ordered the margherita pizza. Usually these pizzas come with fresh mozzarella, fresh basil, and juicy tomatoes. Not here. No basil. No fresh mozzarella. We literally ordered variations of the same dish all night, and each was equally as disgusting. We ordered simple pizzas, and even those were horribly screwed up. So in conclusion, after paying a hefty $50 for just my husband, my 2 year old, and I, we left with almost empty bellies because we couldn't eat their pizza. We ended up going to yet another restaurant just to get full for the night. It was a terrible experience. I'm sure others will have different experiences, but please, heed mine as a warning. Do not go into this restaurant with high expectations!!

Unfortunately the past reviews continued to fit. The young man that waited on us was brand new. It was very quiet so we thought we could be patient and help him move forward with his career. He had no idea what wines they had or didn't have from the wine menu. Also no food menu knowledge. Every question needed to be responded to by the manager. Bread with olive oil and balsamic came out that was completely overwhelmed by the oregano that was added to the dipping sauce. Once our entrees came out - veal Marsala and Tuscan chicken barely warm. We asked for them to be redone. Seemed simple. At this point still we were determined to be accommodating. Once the manager(?) came back he offered us free dessert. We're not dessert people. We asked about a comped after dinner drink and were reminded that was 'illegal'. Ok so how about a comped entrée ? Nope. Took off the $3.00 up charge for Greek salad. Needless to say we paid our bill, no tip and left this review.. Probably the worst dining experience we have ever had. Manager-all hat no cattle

I Switched my trading to Alex Monalisa a few months ago after going through a lot of losses ,I invested with her and let her manage my account. I. Was so impressed with her work, She is really a trusted trader . So far I have been earning $7450 every 5days of investing $1000. I’m getting used to their platform. I’m Happy to continue trading with Mrs Alex Monalisa may God continue to bless you Ma

Just left Avianos. Had the Taste of Italy. Lasagna was good but the chicken in the fettuccini was room temperature and the chick parmigiana was not good at all. I expressed these concerns with my waitress and you could clearly see I only ate the lasagna and the other dishes were practically untouched, yet I was still charged full price. There wasn’t much concern about my experience. Had it been comped in some way and some real concern expressed I might have been interested in coming back to try something else since I can understand off days. Hard pass now. So disappointed. Had high hopes for this place.

My family really enjoyed Aviano’s this evening in celebration of my birthday. Jeff was our waiter and graciously assisted us with the menu and drinks. Our table was decorated with beautiful candles. All of our food was delicious and we plan on going back soon. Don’t miss out dining at this authentic Italian restaurant.

Our Family went here Saturday for Birthday Celebration. We had a group of 8 and tried several entrees which all were delicious. They are having trouble getting all the wines listed on the menu. After trying two we chose the second one. All enjoyed it. Dessert was delicious. My only advice would be serving the salads with dressing already added wilts the salad and mine was soggy. And that dressing was very tangy. I will be going back.

Our first visit was yesterday but it definitely won't be our last. The food was great and we hadn't had Italian food this good since we were in Rome. Also we had a very delicious Moscato wine and a yummy chocolate Mousse dessert. I had their pasta carbonara which I haven't had since our trip to Italy. My wife had the salmon with tomatoes and zucchini which was the best ever.

This place is great! We went for our anniversary and called ahead to make sure it’s okay that we bring our baby. We had reservations and they knew who we were before we walked in. They had a table set up for us with candle light and roses. Service was amazing and the food was hot and delicious. We were very full at the end of our meal but the manager insisted we have dessert and brought us out three different desserts on the house. Such an amazing experience and will definitely be going back again.

I made a to-go order at this restaurant. It was SO good. Food was hot and fresh. I was highly impressed. I got the Mediterranean salad and added shrimp. I also got the lobster stuffed mushrooms. Delicious! They added in bread for free, it had oil and herbs on it. Highly recommend!!

This place is incredible on every level. My wife and I made reservations for our anniversary, and they accommodated us even though we brought our 3 month old son. They set us up.a special table, and the service as well as the food was out of this world. We can't WAIT to go back. Our new favorite spot and its not even close!!!!

Aviano's tries hard to provide a nice Italian experience in East in Texas and does a pretty good job compared with the caliber of other restaurants in the area. The setting was comfortable quiet and well appointed. The staff was friendly and attentive, the food was well presented but a little slow and lacked the authentic Italian taste from Italy. Worth a try for a change of pace dining experience in Longview.

Marissa was the best waitress! She was accommodating with my strange allergy! She helped guide us through the menu and was knowledgeable on every item they have, all while presenting with a smile on her face! The food was excellent and the dessert was delicious! We will definitely be back!

My fiance & I came in on a Saturday a little after 1:30. There was only one or two other tables with people eating, which surprised me. This was our first time there. Ambience is great. The AC was blasting - which I appreciate. Our server was nice. I ordered the papparadelle & he got the lasagna (both off the lunch menu). We also ordered a bottle of wine. The salads came out and were ok. He didn't eat his but I ate mine. It could have used just a tad more dressing. But ok. We had to ask if there was bread. She brought out 4 pieces and a dipping saucer that had balsamic at the bottom and olive oil on top. It was COVERED in herbs. We couldn't use it bc the herbs were so heavy. The bread was just ok. Hard/crusty - not soft like my fiance likes. I don't mind crusty bread with Italian. We get our food & the plates look pretty. He loved his lasagna. I didn't care for my papparadelle - the noodles were kind of stuck together & the sauce had a flavor I can only equate to a school cafeteria meat sauce. I'm not trying to be mean or funny - that's what it tasted like. The seasoning & flavor was just different. He tried mine & agreed he didn't care for it either. I tried his lasagna and the first bite was good. The bechemel sauce in it really does add a lovely component. He gave me another bite later, that was a little larger & all I could taste was sausage. For me, it overpowered it. He liked it. That's how it goes - every one is different. We ordered a pizza to go for my teenage son. We also ordered a kids pizza while we waited bc the lasagna did not fill my fiance up. The portions were kind of small, even for lunch. Once I picked the cheese & toppings off I liked the sauce & crust. But I didn't care for the cheese, toppings and herbs on top. My son didn't like his pizza either. The 2 lunch specials were $12 each. The bottle of wine was $30, I believe. My son's pizza was $10. The kids pizza was $8. We knew what we were going to spend going in. I just don't think the quality was there. I appreciate they are doing something different for Longview. Absolutely appreciate that. But, I just don't think the taste of the food & the price is worth it. Their regular menu is very sausage & veal heavy - two things I don't eat. So... I guess it will just depend on what you like & are willing to spend.
