Nice clean restaurant for good Mexican food. The chips and salsa were good. I had the beef fajitas chalupas which were very good, the lettuce and tomatoes were fresh and the fajitas were seasoned well. Traditional refried beans and rice were tasty. We also tried the chicken enchiladas with choice of sauces, green tomatillo sauce. The pico and guacamole were just right. Very friendly and they also provide catering at a reasonable price. Be sure to give it a try.
We found this place on a whim from out of town and decided to stop. Fantastic food, and even better salsa, and my husband is quite picky about his salsa. The owner was incredibly kind, and we will absolutely be back if we’re ever in the area.
Forget all the TexMex style Mexican food. This is how fresh California style Mexican food should taste! Ever heard of the famous Olvera Street Green sauce at Celito Lindos? Benis is that good if not better!
