I bought sloppy joes to go and they weren't good this time around. I don't know what's happened, but they were flavorless. The atmosphere seemed cold; the workers are usually friendly and talkative, but not today. They seemed stressed. Maybe it was an off day.

The chopped beef is packed with flavor and the sausage is great. I rarely get potato salad, but I did today, and was not disappointed. I love this place.

The food at Box Car is incredible, and the staff is always so welcoming! If you love turkey, theirs is truly the best around. I highly recommend giving Box Car a try you’ll be glad you did!
