We came here last night on a whim and WOW—absolutely amazing! This is officially our new go to spot anytime we’re in Longview. Alejandro was our server and he was fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and brought such great energy. Can’t wait to come back! 🤍

Just wanted to take a second to shout out Bubba’s! My daughter got sick and threw up all over me before we were even able to order, and the waitress and manager were so kind! They comped our drinks and gave me a shirt to change into. They have incredible customer service and super nice people working up there!

Today I would give 10 stars if I could. Went here for my grandson's birthday. I have had gastric bypass surgery and am not yet released to eat most things, so I am super limited both on variety and serving size. One of the manager's worked with me and created a custom a la carte meal for me to accommodate my dietary restrictions. Amazing service and my meal was delicious! And even with the portions being child-sized, I still have leftovers.
