These guys are confused as to what Google reviews is for. It's for customers to share their opinion on the restaurant. Not for the restaurant to be nasty and contest the reviewer.
I give 5s all day when earned.

Person at the counter didn't know anything about the menu, said she hadn't worked in 2 months.
**Drunk guy at the bar, must have been an owner or manager cause he was extra obnoxious and kept going behind the bar to get his own drinks, trying to use the taps, and going in and out of the kitchen.**
Fish tank in the dining room was full of greenish/brown water.
Couldn't imagine the kitchen has higher standards than the front of the house.

I wouldn't eat here with your mouth.

If you want some good fish this is definitely the place to go. It’s always hot and seasoned just right. And the service is great as well! Food is always served with a smile!❤️

Awesome place. Great variety on menu and they don't fall into the Jack of all trades trap.

I got the chicken stripes, and my wife got the grilled shrimp. The food was great and plentiful.

Hands down one of the BEST spots in town!!
Buffalo Bells blew us away!

From the second we walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming, but what truly made the experience unforgettable was the incredible service and mouthwatering food. We ordered 4 pounds of crawfish (yes, FOUR), and every bite was perfectly seasoned and cooked to absolute perfection. We also tried the mushrooms, egg, frog legs, and onion rings — and let me just say, not a single item missed. Flavor. Texture. Portion. All on point.

A huge shoutout to Ashley, the owner — she came over to check in and was just the warmest, most down-to-earth person. You can tell she cares deeply about her guests and takes pride in what she’s built. That personal touch? It makes a difference.

And then there’s Denise, our server — an absolute gem! She went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed and gave us spot-on recommendations that made our meal even better. You can feel when someone genuinely enjoys what they do, and Denise made us feel like VIPs from start to finish.

If you’re even thinking about going to Buffalo Bells — let this be your sign. The food is incredible, the people are top-tier, and the experience is something you’ll want to come back for again and again.

We’re already planning our next visit! 🦞🔥💯

I have ate here several times and has always been good. I heard it sold recently and was in area and decided to stop. I had the 3 piece fish ; it was too thick. It should have been cut in half. It was ok. They tasted like the grease was burnt .I ordered fried green tomatoes and onion rings and that was the best part. The young lady that waited on us was nice but This meal was not worth $26.00! I knew I should have gone on to Gladewater. Will not be back!

I’ve been here at least 5 times this crawfish season and the crawfish have always been DELICIOUS. Tonight, I ordered crawfish and they were AWFUL. They were almost flavorless and seemed to be unpurged, a majority were soggy/overcooked, and they have an odd smell. What makes it worst is that I called to make staff aware, and the person that answered the phone hung up in my face. My family and I enjoy eating here during crawfish season, and even dine just for the fish and burgers, but I am disappointed in the quality and professionalism I received tonight.

First timer !The food was great! I don’t usually eat vegetables like that, but the salmon and veggies were top-notch.

However, the service at the front could definitely use improvement. The cashier seemed overwhelmed and disorganized, especially considering how busy the place was. The woman in front of me requested a refund after waiting 45 minutes, and even after that, the cashier insisted they would still cook her food—while continuing to juggle other tasks instead of addressing her concern directly.

When it was my turn, I mentioned that I had placed my order by phone, but the cashier seemed unaware. I asked how much longer it would take, Her attitude after the earlier refund situation didn’t help either.

Great food, but the service experience really needs some attention

Really nice staff that work well together. The food was delicious and fresh. My suggestion is to try the boiled shrimp, apparently they mix lots of flavors. I'd go again.

We loved the flavor of the seasoning. It tasted great. Wish we finished it all. Our favorite was the shrimp and potato. The server was great she made sure we had drinks. In asked if we needed anything. Also we loved the vibe it gave off as well.

Umm not even 5 minutes after we left we felt dizzy. Apparently this happened to another costumer as well.
