I recently placed a mobile order here before work and when I went to pick it up the restaurant said it wasn’t there so I went inside to show the gentleman behind the counter that it was verified in the app at his location and instead of trying to rectify the situation as best he could he was rude and very unprofessional. He said he he could not help me and didn’t know what to tell me because it was early in the morning and he didn’t feel good. I work in the general public so customer service is everything to me so the be treated as tho my little tax dollars isn’t important is very unprofessional. If that is who your company chooses to have manage your restaurant then he needs way more training because being rude to paying customers because “you don’t feel good & it’s early” is not proper customer service. Drive thru i got the orig checken sandwich and it was very dry even with the abundance of mayo oozing out of the bun. I was not happy cause I usually love that sandwich.
