Took our order at the drive thru, and told us to pull around to the first window. We then waited for 10. No one came to take payment or to ask us to wait or check on us in any way. So we left.

Whoever works in the drive-through at the Location at 4:35 PM on October 17th 2025 is very rude and needs to be re-trained on customer service. Pull up to the Drive-through window and she literally almost throws the food at You doesn’t say hello or thank you. Have a nice day. No nothing. I ordered vampire nuggets and I’m lucky these are for my dog. These things are not even chewable for a human, but I’m sure my dog will like them. They are old and dry out. Had to come back and edit and my dog would not even eat them literally spit them out. So dried out they are sunk in like chicken jerky.

My favorite burger place,need one back in Henderson Texas ,they taste like they came off the BBQ grill.That smoky taste.my favourite is BBQ bacon cheese burger

I love that Burger King has vegan Whoppers. So delicious. My burger was hot and tasty. The lobby is clean and very nice. There are even some booths with padded seats.

I love asking for 3 items then being asked if i said 2 then clarifying I said 3 only to receive 2 items
I walked in, there were no other customers. Two people in the kitchen, one at the drive through window. I waited for five minutes, no one was coming to take my order. After five minutes, I said: “Excuse me, will there be someone to take my order?” One of the kitchen people pointed at the drive through window person, like they’re supposed to do it. So I waited a bit more. The window person looked at me, and gestured that she’ll be there shortly. I waited more. Another staff person came out of restroom and replaced the window person. They kept ignoring me and all four were working on packing the orders for the drive through. 15 minutes of ignoring me. Could have said something like: “I’m sorry, we’re really behind”, but no contact with me was made. I am really hungry, so I left and went to Whataburger. At least they acknowledged me when I stepped to order.
