I only went through the drive thru. But the service was quick. They were patient with me and my son. We weren't sure what we wanted, and I had to shuffle money around to pay. But they were never rude to us. And I appreciate that.

I came through the drive thru and was having trouble with my app. The team member was very accommodating. The manager...and I can only assume that was her title by her arrogant, demanding nature said she didn't have time to have her line held up while I try to figure it out. I had already offered to drive around. She said my food was already ready and she would pay for it herself. The employee expression told the entire story. All negative reviews have something to do with customer service. If customers are treated with disrespect, what are the employees going through? I am a small business owner and if I treated my customers the way she did, I would have no customers. Being right off the Interstate, people will buy from them. However, what about return business? This concern should be taken seriously and corrective measures taken. Perhaps a training course on people skills. Since I had passed 4 other hamburger places and went completely out of my way, this is deplorable.

Ordered the 2 whopper jr's for $5, 1 bacon cheese and the other Swiss. Told that's an upcharge to get cheese. Sign says any 2 for 5. They just said their sign was wrong. Don't eat here.
Went to counter to order. The crew behind the counter just looked at me, I waited 5 minutes and no one ever came to take my order. Will never go there again

The worst service of my life that I received today, May 30, 2023, in this place I placed an order to go, the dark-skinned woman who took my order, her service was absolutely terrible, I asked for breakfast and she did not give me sugar or cream for the coffees I asked her for sugar and cream and it took her a while for her to only give me sugar I asked her for the cream which she needed to give me the cream I asked her for 10 for each coffee and she gave me what she wanted she gave me only 5 cups of cream for 5 coffees and it took her a while to I gave him the cream and he only gave me a straw to stir the coffee. If I didn't buy one, I bought 5 glasses of coffee. And the breakfast I ordered was horrible, everything I threw in the trash, the coffee was super strong and without cream, it tasted horrible.He bothered and slammed the window door as if he were giving me my order. If I paid for it, they lose because of that type of staff. Customers for example, I will never buy from that place again, a very horrible experience.
