Buster’s Fried Chicken and Funnel Cakes

Here in town for work and I had high hopes for this place based on the reviews but was sadly letdown. For starters, the inside needs major remodeling. I think it was only two people working. The poor cashier seemed really overwhelmed running back and forth from the front, drive thru, and the kitchen. It took over 20 mins for my food which wouldn’t have been an issue had it been worth it. I got 3 piece buffalo tenders and a strawberry chocolate funnel cake. Chicken was dry and not enough buffalo, fries were ok. I was mainly there for the funnel cake anyway and that was even mid. Maybe it was an off night but I probably wouldn’t come back. Thanks anyway

Beyond amazing! The customer service is unmatched. The quality and texture of the food is beyond expected. This place really knows what they are doing. An 11 out of 10 rating for sure!

Dont know about food bc we heard good, so decided to go in one day. We were only customers , but couldn't get no one to front. It was deserted. Looks broke down inside. I love hole in the wall restaurants, but this was rough . Anyway, my husband is a dasher, & just had his first dash here (hes been dashing 5 yrs dedicated), & had to wait damn near an hr for another newly put in order to be made. Dash customers recommend them, not knowing how dashers get treated at some places, bc customers pay dashers to do the hard part.
IDK, but sounds not so great on customer service at least.

Just went by to try this place for the first time had to wait about 40 mins then once I got my food to go I had to come back for 3 sides they forgot and once I got back in my car checked them 2 sides were right and the third side was supposed to be red beans and rice nope it was just plain white rice. I don’t think I’ll be back for a while

Food was cold ASF lemon pepper wings were unbearable to eat too much seasoning!!!AND my sister threw up her food I'll NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN ... DON'T GET SICK LIKE WE DID ...THEY OVER SEASONED THE FOOD AND FRIES DIDN'T TASTE

This place omg. let me tell yall the food is perfect delicious and the chicken is so juicy. I highly recommend the hot cheeto covered chicken strips. to die for. and after get the fried oreros omg the best thing you’ll ever taste. this man puts a lot of effort and love into his food and always comes and hang out and talks to me he’s a super sweet man who really cares. always compliments my shoes too overall he’s a very cool dude! love this place

My first time trying this restaurant on soul food Sunday. The lady at the drive thru window was nice and welcoming. This restaurant has affordable price, food portion is fair for the price. I ordered chicken and cornbread dressing, Mac and cheese, and turnip greens; the food was a no for me. I found hair in the dressing, everything was flavorless but the baked chicken, the turnip greens seem to be out the can, and Mac and cheese was gross. I threw my whole plate away. This is based on my experience and opinion. I will suggest hairnets please, taking items off the menu and having the cook update/revamp the recipes for a better taste.

I’m wondering if all these reviews are from friends and family . Because when I read them and ate here I found a different description on the food . I would not describe it as the best chicken in Longview in fact I would describe it as the opposite . I ate their food wondering if people of Longview don’t have tastebuds or shin maybe family and friends ? If this is all you have to offer as longviews best fried chicken I would suggest leaving Longview and brooding your horizons your so missing out . The gravy given with potatoes was a burnt brown gravy if I were to guess it was instant and forgotten about as it was burning in the stove . Sadly nothing I ate ( ordered three different meals ) screamed comfort songs . In fact I felt bad for this city that it lacked true cooking talents in many of their establishments titled under food . Though I don’t like KFC and it taste like cardboard I would suggest it over this place . But seriously can’t say anything good about service or food .
