Pork chops were undercooked. The beans and greens both tasted terrible. The potato salad was good.

The food had a bust of wonderful taste and cake melted in my mouth! It actually reminded me of my grandmother’s Sunday dinner! Additionally, the owner, Teresa, provided service with a smile,
as-well-as greeted each of her customers. I highly recommend Buster’s Chicken for dining-in, carry outs and/or catering services!

LOOK👀 I'm about to let you in on a little secret. Maybe it isn't a secret. But this is one of the best food places in town. I've eaten all over the USA and even in Africa and Buster's is BUSSIN BABY. I had a pork chop sandwich (also where are you getting a real bona fide homemade pork chop sandwich from in 2025?🤔) But it was not only delicious, it was STACKED. I GOT A cup of hot sauce (mandatory) and some ranch? And some pickles and peppers. Look, don't tell my momma but they might have her beat on the pork chop game😩. But also I had a strawberry cheesecake/funnel cake? Please forgive me if I don't remember the exact name, but the real name is DELICIOUS. But, the main reason I hit them up was for the BLUE AND RED KOOL-AID. Don't act up, you know the flavor is THE COLOR. But in all seriousness, whoever the lady is working the phones and providing A-1 customer service is--keep it up! Thanks for making my order process simple and on point! But last and DEFINITELY not least, hats off to the chef who TOOK THAT 🗣️PORK CHOP DOWN AND THROUGH THERE!! AND SOME LIGHT BREAD? Seriously, stop playing with me and stop playing yourself and get over there ASAP.💓💓

This food always comes out absolutely fresh and it makes you feel like you’re sitting in your grandma’s kitchen.

This is one of the hidden gems of Longview and I recommend it to anybody.

In town for work and decided to try this place out and I’m glad I did!! It’s small on the inside, maybe 4 tables for 2. I got my food to go. Tha cashier was super friendly and helped me with the menus since it was my first time. I got the chicken and fish combo with fries. The fries were just ok but the chicken and fish were seasoned very well. I also got some red kool-aid, reminded me of my childhood, it was GREAT!! For desert, I got the turtle funnel cake, ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!! If I ever get a chance to come back for work, I’m definitely coming back!!!
