Cashier: not a friendly person or informative, almost resentful. Food: baked potato small and over cooked. Grilled chicken sandwich was good however the fries were very greasy as we're the onion rings dripping, not worth eating. Service: self serve at best do your own fixings which is not clean, and is a fight always. Atmosphere: there is none loud, rude clients, as most every one who works there. Overall cleanliness: Dirty tables are sticky and floors are dirty and greasy. Never going back.

Awesome food!! The burgers are huge and the chicken fried steaks are too! All is delicious. Many different menu options. There’s a fixings bar with chili and beans. Also there’s a bakery to get cookies and desserts after your meal!

Meat was very dry and flat and burnt on the edges !!chili n beans were empty and crusty pan sitting there! the produce was empty and no cheese had to wait and then part of order was missing.

The staff is always really friendly and helpful. I have to say that I love the taste of the burgers but the texture of them is just a little bit different. I know this is a very popular burger place so my opinion is probably one of the least common of opinions. I just feel like the meat is way too dense and I guess if you're looking for that, then it's great. I personally lean towards thinner burgers more like kind of smash burgers and old fashioned burgers. Nevertheless, we still come back and I always get the same thing and never finish it. Even though the taste is delicious it's a texture thing for me. Ha!

Ordered a cake for my son’s 18th birthday- told 2 employees that we would be eating there and then have the cake- went to get the cake- it was frozen. Talked with the manager- he said I should’ve asked them to not put it in the walk in- had no solution for me- I had to ask for a refund. Have ordered cakes from them for so many years- won’t do it anymore!
Our check for dinner and cakes was over $450. Don’t mind paying but all he could say “it’s a good cake, it’s just really cold”- I couldn’t even make a dent in the frosting with my finger. He never once even offered an apology. Was rude and doesn’t need to be a manager.

I went and asked if I could bring a cake in I had bought for my mom's birthday. I've done it multiple times in the past. Lady I spoke to first said yes. As I was walking back inside, I was approached by someone else and they said no.
