Boy!! It’s gotten so bad at chick fil a! Their food has taken a drop off a cliff! Quality of their food has gotten terrible! Size of their meals are much smaller! And the taste is TERRIBLE! It’ll be a long time before I eat that crap again!

Haven't been to Chick-fil-a in years, and they gave me a totally different order than what I ordered, they did make it right by giving me a refund plus another sandwich and a cookie, koodos for making it right and a plus for making it right, Thank you
The only reason i gave a 3 on the atmosphere is because it's on the mall, and it's very noisy. Chick-fil-a is one of my favorite places to eat. Love their lemonade.

I work at this mall so I have been to this chickfila many times and the customer service could be better. The only reason I continue to eat at this Chickfila is because it’s one of the only restaurants in the food court so I really have no choice when i come into work.The other chickfilas in longview have great customer service so that is what i would expect from this location but that is not the case. I understand the mall can be stressful but it’s never an excuse to have bad energy or customer service.
