The only reason i gave a 3 on the atmosphere is because it's on the mall, and it's very noisy. Chick-fil-a is one of my favorite places to eat. Love their lemonade.

I work at this mall so I have been to this chickfila many times and the customer service could be better. The only reason I continue to eat at this Chickfila is because it’s one of the only restaurants in the food court so I really have no choice when i come into work.The other chickfilas in longview have great customer service so that is what i would expect from this location but that is not the case. I understand the mall can be stressful but it’s never an excuse to have bad energy or customer service.

This visit was disappointing because curbside was not available. I ordered online and when I got to the store I called to say I had arrived. First, they said they didn't have an order for me, then said I would have to COME INSIDE AND ORDER AGAIN. I ALREADY PAID THROUGH THE APP!! The person on the phone said I will get a refund in 3 to 5 days.Once inside, the counter service was struggling to get orders correct. One person had to come back up twice to get her order straight.

Expensive food but worth it every once in a while. Best Mac and cheese ever. We all get sandwiches every Friday before band games from here and it makes the games all the more bearable.

Decent food, nicely prepared, children friendly and exceptional prices. Staff helpful but very busy dealing with the number of customers.

Parking: Large shopping center with several business nearby, so traffic is heavy & parking is sometimes limited near Chick-fil-A .
