I just purchased two different dinners here Order #5270 12/19/25. I was the only customer in there and they screwed up my order. I didn't find out till I got home. I ordered an 8 ct nugget dinner and a cob salad and they forgot to give me the dressing for both. It was clearly marked on the receipt but I guess that was the wrong place to list it. I live about 6 miles away and the traffic is terrible. Their food is good. but really? I tried to contact them by phone, but nobody answers. Is there anything such as good service these days?

I went to Chic-fil-a today 07-30-25, around 5 pm, and they messed up my rather large order. It's my son's birthday, so of course they really messed up his order in particular. Anyway, we drove back to Chic-fil-a from Gilmer, TX and the very sweet girl behind the counter got a supervisor to help us. Needless to say, he went above and beyond trying to correct our order. He apologized for the confusion and just fixed it, NO excuses. I wish I had gotten his name, he was truly a professional young man and deserves to be praised for a job well done. I gave 4 stars only because of how bad our order was messed up.

I’m an avid chick fil a lover and I love the food but I had an experience so bad that it made me not want to go back. So me and my friend went in to get my takeout order I ordered a spicy deluxe chicken sandwich meal and I was having a good experience until I checked my bag to see that one of the things that I ordered was missing. I think no problem I will just go to the counter and get my missing items but then I am confronted with an Attitude from one of the workers that made me pay for the missing item. Saying clearly I had eaten it. Keep in mind I didn’t leave the store all this happened in the store I had never left, so being the person I am I pay for the missing item. Then comes the wait I wait for 20 minutes waiting for just a large fry. Til I finally build up the courage to go up to the counter to wait. Then I wait another 5 minutes at the counter just waiting to be acknowledged then finally a manager walks up and asks me if I’m wanting a refill. And I tell him the situation and he begins to get an attitude. Saying I call the name multiple times. Then he proceededs to go to the back throw the missing food away and remake it and as soon as I think it’s all over as he delivers me my item he walks up and says “ next time try to listen better when waiting for your food then maybe you won’t have to come complaining about it”. Now as I said Im a die hard chick fil a fan but this was unnecessary and coming from a place like chick fil a.

Worst customer service. The cashier wouldn’t even scan my reward. Then lied and said it scanned. When I brought it to the attention of the manager on duty, all he said was “Nope it didn’t scan”. No apology! They just lost my business at this location near Gilmer Rd in Longview.

It's Chick-fil-A so the food is good, I can't ever really complain. But this location timely service is HORRIBLE!!!! I have traveled to other states and even other locations closer to Longview and although this fast food chain tends to be packed all the time, they're still fast. But this location literally is always slow and they have people waiting in line for their orders versus having them pull forward, which makes everyone else have to wait behind them. Today I was in the drive-thru for a good 15 minutes. It's just unacceptable. Not too mention, my last couple of times the food has been cold.

Went to Chick- fil-A lastnight to eat and upon eat our food we noticed that hair was fried inside the fries and in the fry box. It was long brunette color. We literally threw up right after this was sick to our stomachs I told one of the workers and he gave me another order of fries and said he was sorry. I asked now what makes you think I want more food and there's hair in the food, I don't think so I just want a refund. I suggest they wear hairnets on their heads and beards. Won't be going back. Please people check your food before eating.
