Went to Chick- fil-A lastnight to eat and upon eat our food we noticed that hair was fried inside the fries and in the fry box. It was long brunette color. We literally threw up right after this was sick to our stomachs I told one of the workers and he gave me another order of fries and said he was sorry. I asked now what makes you think I want more food and there's hair in the food, I don't think so I just want a refund. I suggest they wear hairnets on their heads and beards. Won't be going back. Please people check your food before eating.

Almost everytime something is missing or just completely wrong. I'm done with this location. I know l9sing 1 customer won't hurt them, but I do eat a salad from there about 5 times a week. Not anymore.

We paid on the mobile app. When we pulled in the drive through the woman saw it on the tablet and said we were good. When we pulled under the awning a woman came out and asked us 3 to 4 times our name. Cars behind us had to pull into the next lane to go around us. They finally came and asked could they take my phone in the restaurant to show the manager because he wouldn't come to my truck. I finally got out and went inside and got my money back. If they would have come out and tried to figure out out i wouldn't have an issue. Instead the manager was useless.

I've never had a worse chick-fil-a experience. We waited in line for 25 minutes and they never could find our order at the window. Several cars behind us had their orders and we were holding the line up, so we finally just asked for our money back. I've never seen such confusion. They asked our name 4 times and kept trying to give us other people's orders. Love chick-fil-a, but will not be back to this one.
