i have a speech impediment so im hard to understand and i get that. but the lady takin my order was super rude about it and the food was cold and stale... golden chick has better food and works with my speech, go there instead. oh and it took 15 mins to get old food (just this location (judson road) all of the other chicken expresses are great, this one sucks)

My order was wrong hand someone elses before hand but they made it up replacing my order so I was pleased with that fair warning the line may be busy when calling
It's very shitty service I was a cook for a couple days and they fired me because I didn't want to work all the overtime and their schedule and then during the interview they said my pay was going to be 14/hr and when I got my check it was 10/hr, I wouldn't eat here there was a lot of cross contamination and they serve the same food so if it has been sitting since morning and you go for lunch your getting food that was cooked in the morning.

For the 3rd time visiting, Our order is incorrect/not input when we get to the window. We waited 10min at the window before being told to pull forward. Meanwhile, we didn’t receive our change or a receipt. Another 10mins goes by and I go in. We ordered a family size fried pickle and 2 sweet teas. We never received any of our order including Drinks. When I went in nothing had been prepared not even the drinks. I asked for the manager and a refund. He walked away for 5mins and came back with my refund, No apologies expressed.
