Terrible service we asked for 2 bowls of salsa and never received we had to get up and find our own napkins because we never received any and we never were offered a refill or anything

Went to the Longview Location after along day, of helping a friend of mine. My food, or what I thought was my food came out to quick. After having to wait for my friends (25 minutes) to go order while my food was getting cold, my friend lives in Longview, I live an hour a way on the Stateline, I told the manager about it, she did take care of the bill by comping my friends order, after dropping my friend off and driving home and hour, I went to try and eat my old tymer burger I ordered, but to my surprise, there was nothing but french fries in the container, which goes to the order for my girlfriends food. So not only did my part order come out to quickly as my friend and me ordered at the same time, but I get home and find I have no food. To bad experiences in one day, I will never go back to Chilli's again and I will not only be contacting Brinker International, the parent company of Chilis, but I will be contacting the city of Longview and seeing if something can be done about the city pulling there C/O.

Food was delicious and reasonable priced. Drinks were refreshing and the interior was clean. The best part of our dining experience was definitely our server, Laura. She was personable, friendly and just a joy to talk to. Laura is the reason I'll be going back.
