My granddaughter had her birthday here yesterday and it was the best party ever. We will definitely be doing more there. And it wasn't even that expensive and we got the most expensive package with lots of extra drinks and like 4 extra pizzas. Our host was the bomb. Thank y'all for the wonderful party

The place was great! We had our granddaughters birthday party today and were very pleased with the staff and food quality. Only problem I had is with a very low energy Chuck E. Cheese. I know it's a kid in a suit but you can tell he really didn't want to be there. Otherwise a wonderful experience.

Where to start?! The food was HORRIBLE and I mean absolutely HORRIBLE!! As if the pizza and cheese bread being the nasty cardboard ever the marinara tasted like BEER! I could not believe it so I went and got another one and it was completely different from the first one.I went to the manager and told her and she had the nerve to try and tell me they both smelled the same!! I was speechless!! Then she asked another girl that was working the front counter to smell them and the girl did then quickly looked back and forth between her manager and me so I said to her dont lie.... and surprise she said it smelled like beer!!! Then went on to say she thought it had something to do with the nozzles .... im assuming not being cleaned correctly but my goodness it was so bad taste and smell so strong like BEER!! CHUCKIE CHEESE!! I was also surprised to learn that they sell alcohol there ...a child's fun place sells beer?? So there that now on to the service every single person that is employed there is completely preoccupied with their cell phones and literally make you wait until they finish whatever they are watching on tiktok before they assist you and to add insult to injury they then act as if you have interrupted so.ething very important and have cus them great inconvenience. I suggest if you want a fun family environment do not go to chuckie cheese. If the cardboard hard pizza doesn't break your teeth you may get drunk on the dipping sauce and by all means you will totally cause the staff a visible grievance. Don't expect the manager to do anything about any of it she will just lie and say everything is wonderful.... this place needs to be shut down

I have been to a lot of these! I like to try them out as we travel because we have their Fun Pass. This particular one doesn’t have many small tot games. It’s not busy at all during the week so that’s the plus. The people who work here are very kind but sometimes they are hard to find and also the games sometimes don’t work…we’ve lost plenty of points by them not working or extreme delay start..!

Super small! We had to wait several minutes for my son to pick what he wanted from his points because the staff was all in the kitchen and allowed a toddler to be behind the desk. When someone finally helped us they kept their attention on the toddler which I'm assuming was her own. Instead of helping us she kept doing what the toddler wanted.

Good pizza but all the tables was dirty no clean place to eat one of the young ladies was kind enough to put her phone down and clean it wasn't that packed I saw more then 4 employees why couldn't somebody help her anyways kids don't know germs so at least there's that uhhh I've always loved chucky cheese couldn't wait to come here well the wait is over

Love coming here! I have 3 kids so I am always looking for Safe, fun, affordable places! I got the silver membership for $12 a month and am able to get 100 games on up to 6 play passes every day! And they give discounts on food with the membership, I stack this with the Sam’s club gift cards $50 of Chuck E. Cheese for $38, and am able to feed and play for very affordable price. Today Jan.7,2025 they replaced a lot of games and have updated everything. Sad to see the animatronic gone but they added a dance floor, trampolines, and the staff is always friendly.

Emy and another girl assisting her were both AMAZING. My son said it was the best birthday party he has ever had (and he's had seven!). Thank you so much to the management and staff here. They were so fun and sweet and really made it a great experience for all.
