I could not rate the food accurately because I couldn’t get any. I sat in the drive thru area for 30 minutes total. The lady on the speaker said to hold on and never came back to take my order. I pulled up to the window to see what’s taking so long and they wouldn’t come to the window. Terrible customer service. People don’t have time to sit in line for 30 minutes and still not get food. Unacceptable.

Went threw the drive thru, had to repeat my order over an over , had ordered mash potatoes , I didn't receive a spoon. Nor did we receive any napkins.

The food was fresh and awesome as usual!!! And the people who worked there was THE BEST EVER!! I brought 4 rambunctious GRANDSONS & my daughter in & with all the craziness of the boys the workers never missed a beat & was so nice to the kids... AND was VERY KIND TO MYSELF & daughter!! Thank yall so much!! Will drive to Longview to eat there over & over!!! ?❤️?

I went there today, it was aweful the lady was there alone, or something like that, she was nice, I ordered shrimp it was old, to much batter old crusty batter, it was horrible
Picked up an order thier. Service was just awful. Employees scared to give out manager names than the other manager scared to be a Manager and handle situations the right way instead of talking where noone can see them. Worst experience
