My food was hot and delicious and as pictured, I think the ladies here get a real bad rap, they are just misunderstood. Finally got a smile out of my cashier. Very good

I have been standing at the front counter for 15 minutes and the employees are ignoring all customers. When you try to get the girl's attention she just rolls her eyes and goes and hides in the back. This is an online order. I will be canceling my order and will NEVER do business in the establishment again.
Tonight that rude lady in the drive thru is just disgusting and disrespectful. Who shuts the window on someone and charge them for something else when they don’t have gravy. Hate this location literally the worst customer service ever, every single time ghetto and horrible service. Definitely need management to do their job and better.

Absolutely will not recommend this DQ location to anyone. I have been here twice in the span of 3-6 months and both times have been a bad experience with the employees conducting drive thru. Just so happens, today one of them decided to cuss me out because I pointed out their attitude. Don't be rude to someone else if you don’t want it in return. Common sense. This chick was mad when i ordered, gave an eye roll and shut the window in my face when i tried to hand her a coupon from the app then proceeds to deliberately hand my card and drink to me no farther than the window. Talk about disrespectful, uneducated and hostile. Ofc it was snatched and she just stares at me. I ordered a dude and a water and was charged for a soda so i didn't even get the $1 off which is a scam. As she handed me my food, I asked whats wrong w her and she starts cussing me out as i drove off. This dq is a disrespect to customers so don’t waste your time going here.

Everytime I pull up to the thing to order I get attitudes a rushed to complete my order, if the employees don’t wanna work fire them. Simple as that, hate to see my child hood chain go down the drain over some slacks , go find somewhere else to run the clock an act like a bum.
