Unfriendly staff. Slow service. My ice cream cone was not prepared properly. Took 10 min to get my cone. Smh...y'all gotta do better. I love my ice cream and I'm in Natcitoches often. I will give them one more try. Maybe everyone there was just having a bad day.
The 2 ladies that were behind the counter were The Most polite and helpful I ran into in a Long time! One ladies name was Pam, I did'nt get the other ladies name. Great service!!
I can say this with a smile on my face , this is my favorite restaurant in east Texas !!! The food , service and staff are always stepping up their game and they always make sure the customers are taken care of , especially when they know the people will be back . Thank you for a clean restaurant and most importantly making sure the people have the best service in Lakeport Texas .
