As mentioned in prior reviews, staffing has been an issue on a prior order to the point that I had to go pick up the pizza 2 1/2 hours later than it was to have been delivered. Having said that, not only is the pizza consistently delicious when it is delivered in a timely fashion, but when it is not right, they step up and take care of you! Our band frequently orders on Thursday nights for our break and everyone praises the pizza.

Placed an order at 5:05 for one pizza. Said it would be ready in approximately 8-18 minutes. I walked in at 525, stood there for several minutes before anyone asked me did I need anything. The gentleman proceeds to tell me it hasn’t been made yet. I finally walked out of the store at 5:45. The app being incorrect is one thing, the employees having no regard for the customer is another. Whoever owns this store needs to have a talking to with their employees. There’s a reason it has such terrible reviews on here.

Second time here, & it has never failed that this location is not properly staffed, & an order scheduled to take less than 30!? minutes is always late, taking at least an hour. It's beyond ridiculous. The young man at the window was unprofessional & shut the window when asked about the delay. As a manager, you should be aware of trends, evenings leading up to major holidays, weekends, and school breaks. This is unacceptable. I will use other restaurants in the future.

Late but not cold. Two pizza's with New York style crust was good. I ordered again a day later and it was on time and the food was still good. Couple of days after the purchases I saw they had put a hold on my card for the amount each purchase, and they also hit my account for a seperate charge of the amount of purchase plus the tip. I paid them a visit and I was told that my bank placed the holds on my account. I knew that wasn't right, but I called the bank anyway and verified that Domino's had put the hold on. I then played some phone tag with Domino's and finally passed on my information from the bank. I was told they would make it good if the charges do not drop off, but that's not really the point. I never saw a restaurant do this and they didn't tell me a hold would placed on my account when I ordered
Ordering online from this Domino's is up to you, but I'll never do it again.

I ordered a Philly Cheesesteak pizza and an ExtravaganZZa pizza from the Dominos on HWY 259 North and I have to say they were some of the best pizzas I've ever had. My order was delivered promptly and piping hot. Keep up the good work.
